Claimed to be O2. Aggressive. (Scam call) reported by


Very rude man with possibly Indian accent. Claimed to be 'Hamza' from O2 and that he could get me a better contract. I explained that when O2 call, 'O2' usually comes up on my phone and that I have recently renewed my contract, so his information was wrong. I asked where he was really phoning from. He aggressively asked me where he was really phoning from if not O2. I told him that O2 advisors wouldn't have such an aggressive tone so, whoever he was, he could remove my number. He kept talking over me and telling me to listen whenever I asked him to listen to me, and was getting quite aggressive. I again said that genuine O2 advisors would not be so rude, told him not to call me and to remove my number before telling him where to go, hanging up, and blocking the number.
