After 3 calls I declined, I finally answered. A very nice polite guy from Greenstar, he said my name, and address, and that I was a BRITISH GAS customer. Had I thought of changing to cheaper?, I said yes, anyone Martin Lewis' energy club recommends. He said, okay, thank you and have a nice day.Call ended. All this because I looked on BRITISH gas website. Won't be doing that again!

Constantly Calling everyday, several times a day. I never answer or I dismiss the call. You'd think they would get the message!!! I'd like to know how they've acquired my details. Really wrong how random companies can gain all your information. Ignore this call or block. Very very annoying.

Missed several calls from this number. Contacted them today and it was the Customer Services department at Greenstar Energy. I am an existing customer and it was a courtesy call to inform me that my fixed tariff had ended and to give me my options for renewing if I wished. Courteous and helpful, and they do not call at random...just their own customers. You can choose to opt out from their internal marketing calls if you wish and just receive communication via email.
