Have had a couple of sms msges from company calling themselves AOL reference an order I had placed for a washing machine stating it will be delivered today and if I wanted to track the delivery to click on a link which obviously I didn't do. Had a further sms msge to say Dave the delivery driver would ring me from 01204672680. At 7.15am today had a phone call from 07834772707 which woke me up and some geezer stating he was Billy the delivery driver and that he had my wipers....? In my startled half asleep mode I asked him WHAT and he repeated so I said I don't know what you are talking about mate- he then again said he was Billy the delivery van driver and he had my washer... I said What, are you outside my house now (and proceeded to look out of the curtains to an emply street still in slumberland) He then said No We're half an hour away. I then said I hadn't ordered any washing machine to which he said, Oh it must be the other number I have then and hung up. This is possibly some nut job possibly trying to obtain my address to link it with my phone - perhaps... The sms I got said the tracking can be checked at http://r.ccmp.eur/r/Q2a/PKKxt. not yet checked this out - Anyone any ideas and has anyone else had such calls/messages?

Has the same thing, a sms message saying they were delivering something tomorrow. Havent ordered anything, so it seems they have the wrong mobile number, maybe a digit out? anyway i.m sure ill get a call like yours in the morning and i'll tell them to ...
