asked to speak to branch manager i told him that the manager was on holiday asked if i could take a message and replied am not allowed to do that a bit strange.

Shia from Telesis asking to speak to a staff member from our branch about business telephone lines. Told her that the person was on another call & could i pass on the message. She then mentioned that she was ringing about telephone lines. Told her our office has no say in the matter on what phone lines we use as its a head office decision, she seemed a bit stumped after that. She was polite enough but it was still an unsolicited call.

Called to offer telephone systems. The lady actually started the conversation with an embarrassingly awful script, she asked if we could help her with an enquiry that she has. She then goes into full flow about new telecoms technology for businesses in our area. I declined her offer of a new system. Minutes later I received a silent call from the same number.
