Called by this number asked for me by name and said his name was Simon Broad bent. Well spoken, British sounding. Said he was calling about my conservatory roof. Told him he had the wrong number. He asked whether or not I had a conservatory. I said it was none of his business whether I did or didn't. He then got all sarcastic saying that it was top secret and then he hung up. Telemarketing must be rubbish but if you are legit not the best way to do business.

I normally receive at least two telemarketing calls per day despite being registered with the TPS. The particular fellow that rang me earlier this afternoon from 01202283170 was not happy that I would not answer questions about my solar panels and confirmed that as a consequence I would not be removed from their data base and as such can expect to receive many more calls form them. A pretty poor state of affairs I am sure you would agree.
