Having answered our phone with the company name the person on the other end asked me to confirm you we were. Then began to ask questions, firstly wanted me to confirm my address. I politely told him that he should introduce himself first, to which he put the phone down.

Asked him what it was regarding he said his name was Dominic Lester and he knew my manager in a previous life - said he was from Kinnex? No such firm in Bristol. Said it was about an appointment. I put him on hold to check with my manager before sending call through and guess what? No knowledge at all of this person, by the time I went back which was seconds.... they hung up
