Car accident claim scam pretending to be working in association with LV. I played along with this to extract as much info as possible to warrn others. They had a surprisingly and slightly worrying amount of information and data. It would seem there might be a source at LV for this that would know car details and driver details from 2 years ago. I know this as they referred to the principle owner who has passed away during that period and held the policy. I was a named driver during their period of ill health prior to passing away. Certainly some data protection laws have been breached here. Clever questioning by the eloquant caller to elicit confirmations, informs this is quite a sophisticated operation, and could easily trick an elderly person or unwordly person. Clearly it's financial fraud as an 'excess' payment is required. Having supplied duff information, I exited the call. BEWARE.
