Calling from Utility UK, will ask if you're using a smart meter, then try and discuss the benefits of having one... I'd advise answering and telling them to stop contacting you, otherwise they won't stop calling.

utility energy helped me switch supply from pre payment meters to a smartmeter which EDF said I can't have because I pre payment even though I can't get to my meters due disability they also pay warmhome discount in July before winter cost set in Where as EDF pay after winter period when you not struggling with cost. Also they tell customer about it at sign up EDF don't inform nor do DWP even though it the law.

People did they call you with something new, new scope?
