Bw legal , Deal with legal recoveries , (Www.bwlegal.co.uk), They deal with legal recoveries, in my case the gas and electric bill that accrued before purchasing my house. Once I told them it was during a period in which I did not own it they were fine. Not spam, they only call if they have reason, or to rectify a mistake.
