When I didn't answer the call they then messaged my phone asking me to call them back, have tried claiming but PPI but was unsuccessful so shan't be answering this

Black Pearls Claims Ltd (PPI refunds) They are pushy but genuine - I got £5000 back from Barclays, but they took 30% + VAT fee! As I didn't know I had a case and they did all the work that's a good result for me. It was a loan in the 1990s that I had insurance on. They said there's some more to come on credit card claims...
